Braver Stronger Smarter is a response to the urgent need to advance inclusion and to provide individuals with insights to realise their true capabilities.
It recognises that current workplace practices are failing to deliver lasting and embedded results. Traditional diversity and inclusion programmes are delivering few effective changes to unlock opportunities and level the playing field for more inclusion for all and for women in particular.
Inherent bias, although often unintentional, is stifling innovation, productivity and satisfaction in people and organisations all over the globe.
Educational institutions, charged with developing a confident and capable community of individuals for the next generation, strive to support people who struggle with anxiety and a sense of 'not belonging'.
So too, our social structures are fuelling a default sense of 'not being good enough'.
Constant comparison, reverence of perfectionism and a diminished sense of self worth are fuelling the experience of impostorism in many.
It doesn’t need to be this way.
